I want to bring the passion I have for cheese to others by bringing back what I believe has been lost over time. The finest cheeses can only be made by hand, the cheese maker must always be close to the process to ensure the highest quality at every stage. Trained as master cheese maker from a very young age I use traditional methods that have been passed down for centuries because it is the only true way to make artisan cheese. Traditional cheese making is about passion and my passion is to create new flavours for people to enjoy and open their minds to new possibilities.
